But how?<\/p>\n<h2>Avoid New Sunspots<\/h2>\n<p>The best way for you to avoid getting new sunspots is to stay inside under a blanket for the rest of your life, but since that&#8217;s not likely going to happen, then you can settle for these tips:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wear a broad spectrum sunscreen:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Broad spectrum sunscreen will shield your skin from both UVA and UVB rays. Just make sure that you apply it every hour or two if you&#8217;re staying outside all day.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wear a Hat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can get sunspots all over your body, especially on your face and shoulders. One way to shield both of these spots at once is to get a large, oversized sun hat. One of these sun hats will shield your face, decollete, shoulders, and neck from the sun.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Watch the Retinol<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Retinol is one of the best topical things you can use on your skin, but it&#8217;s also something that you&#8217;ll make you more susceptible to getting sun spots or even burning.
