Ear Surgery (Otoplasty) is performed to reposition prominent ears or reduce the size of large ears. Ears are almost fully grown by age 4 and surgery may be performed at any time after this age. Otoplasty is performed on adults and children in our office operating suite.

Dr. Pensler also repairs ripped or torn earlobes, usually from the use of pierced earrings. This is a simple procedure performed in the office operating suite under local anesthesia.
